Kick-Off NeurOliv Project 

Darmstadt, February 19, 2015. Olives and its products are one key component of the Mediterranean diet - a dietary pattern that shows efficacy in the prevention of Alzheimer`s disease.  The project NeurOliv - sponsored by the BMBF - aims to delvelop new nutraceutials and pharmaceuticals for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. The  partners from the TU Darmstadt, N-Zyme Biotec GmbH and the Goethe-University of Fankfurt met in Darmstadt to initiate the project.
